Traditionally I guess you’re supposed to buy a sports car when u go through a mid life crisis, well much like my life so far I say at 40 why would I start to live traditionally? That’s no fun!
Three years ago I traded in a life involved in the automotive industry and my life long addiction to cars for a new passion. Cycling! I had the opportunity to ride around Vancouver with a friend and it dawned on me, why am I stuck in traffic when I could be feeling the sweet Vancouver breeze on my face as I cycle to and fro. Little did I know the side benefit was getting to more appointments on time and loosing an extra 40 pounds.
The pride tour is created out of my curiosity of architecture and urban planning, my love of my neighborhood the west end and my inner geek to share cool things I learn about. I’m hoping to answer this question. how did the Davie Village become the gayest and my most favorite place to live in the world.
