You’ll start by taking the SeaBus over to North Vancouver, where you’ll take the scenic way through uphill trails (e-bike highly recommended) up to Capilano Suspension Bridge. Test your bravery on the swinging bridge suspended 110 feet above the forest floor.

On the way back, you’ll ride across Lions Gate Bridge, taking in the views on your way to Stanley Park. Pedal through our gorgeous rainforest park then choose your waterfront path back to the shop. What an adventure!

Self-Guided Bike Tour Itinerary

Take a self-guided bike ride up to Capilano Suspension Bridge with our free map. Start at our shop on Hornby, head to Waterfront Station where you’ll catch a SeaBus to the Lonsdale Quay. Stop to explore the shops and food stands before heading to Mosquito Creek Trail for some uphill trail riding (here’s where the Electric Bike comes in handy!). If you need a rest or would like to do some more local shopping, stop at Edgemont Village.

From there you’re minutes away from the Capilano Suspension Bridge, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Vancouver. Spend some time surrounded by the majestic treetops and everything Capilano has to offer. Once you’ve had your fill, hop on the bike for a downhill ride (part of which has no bike lane).

Head across the Lions Gate bridge for epic water views, then into Stanley Park. Take your first right onto the road towards Prospect Point and check out the amazing views! Coming out of the park, you’ll be on your way back to the shop. Choose a beachfront ride (South) or Coal Harbour (North) to return to Hornby Street.

Important Information:

To take the SeaBus, purchase your ticket from the kiosk and head straight over the long walkway where there are elevators to take your bike down.

Before you ride, make sure to check hours for Capilano Suspension Bridge
