Yes, a valid government-issued photo ID is required (Drivers license, Passport, or similar). You’ll also need a physical credit card.

No. E-scooters must be used on bike lanes or roads where permitted—sidewalk riding is prohibited for safety reasons.

We service our equipment regularly to avoid break downs. If you do break down, call us right away and we’ll come to you with a replacement or help troubleshoot.

No, scooters are designed for one rider only—riding with a passenger is unsafe and not allowed.

Yes. All scooters must be returned to the same rental location unless otherwise arranged.

The scooters are water-resistant and safe to ride in light rain, but we recommend extra caution or rescheduling in bad weather.
