Description:

The Vancouver Biennale organization plays host to various large public art works that delight and inspire their surroundings. One such art installation is the OSMEGOS’ “Giants” Mural was installed on six concrete silos, transforming a Vancouver industrial landmark into something intriguing, funny, and alltogether organic. OSMEGOS is the pseudonym for Brazilian Gustavo and Otavio Pandolfo, the artists behind such a work. OSMEGOS translates to “twins” in Portugese. The mural covers 2,183 square meters (23,500 square feet). Drawing eyes to the physical industrial history of Vancouver, OSMEGOS has created giant mural installations around the world.
